Open Letter to Our Guests   - Sunday, November 21, 2010
Dear Friends of Ritual Hair Design,

We are sending this letter to inform you of our recent staff changes.

Recently, we had to terminate two of our employees for misuse of confidential client information and for divulging confidential business information to another salon. In addition, another employee left on her own accord after a warning was issued to her for breaching her confidentiality agreement. We deeply respect your privacy and assure you that no financial information was involved in this situation. We wanted you to be properly informed in the event that you are contacted by these employees or by another salon.

As you know, Ritual has always valued our relationship with our guests, in fact, we consider you our friends. We have hired three new staff members and are in the process of hiring more. In celebration of our fresh start, we are extending a 10% discount to you on your next salon service.

Although our staff members have changed, we stand committed in providing you with the excellent customer service that you have come to expect from Ritual Hair Design. Please feel free to call or email with any questions, concerns or comments, as we value and appreciate your support and feedback during this time.

We hope to see you soon and here's to fresh beginnings!

Sincerely,

Shawn Smith

National Sandwich Day!   - Monday, November 1, 2010

Nov. 3 is the anniversary of John Montagu's birthday. It's believed that this 18th-century English noble, better known as the fourth Earl of Sandwich, wanted to eat with one hand during a 24-hour gambling bender. So, he instructed his servants to serve him his lunch meat between two pieces of bread. To celebrate the occasion, Nov. 3 is officially "National Sandwich Day.

Well, we're celebrating a day early, and here is how: On Tuesday, November 2nd,
~Receive a complimentary eye brow wax "sandwiched between two other services~
and
~Purchase any three retail products and receive the mid-priced item at 20% off~
We'll also have some fun treats on hand from Subway, some come celebrate with us!!

November!

So, it's November. What a blustery day it is too!

Each November, with your generous help, we collect donations to sponsor Christmas stockings and board games for abused children in foster care. This year, we are sponsoring 33 great kids. Many of these kids would not receive anything for Christmas if it weren't for these stockings & games.
From now thru December 4th, make a tax-deductible donation of $25 for a stocking or bring in a new board game to help provide a fun Christmas to some amazing kids!

Many of our clients help by providing treats for the kids' Christmas party (this year scheduled for December 11th), making homemade items or donating items like toiletries. Our Santa & Mrs. Claus for the party are even Ritual clients! If you have an idea of how you can help, please let us know, and thank you, in advance, for all of your generosity. You humble us with your generous spirit to these children.
