Lots of new changes are on the horizon at Ritual, from an updated website to online booking to a new sofa ... stay tuned as we keep you posted of the changes as they come...
First up, when you schedule an appointment at Ritual, you should be receiving a confirmation email the same day, confirming the time, from our new autobot receptionist, Darci. If you happen to receive two emails, it is most likely because you have scheduled a color AND a cut service (or any two other services) and Darci is still a bit confused on how to just send one email per visit (code: we are just a bit confused on how to tell Darci to just send out one). We'll work out the bugs on this end and Darci will get it right soon! You can reply to the emails Darci sends you and our flesh & blood receptionist will get back to you quickly to help answer your questions.
Thanks for hanging with us through the software updates and add-ons. It is our desire to make your visit here simple and seamless, and a whole heck of a lot of fun!
