Your Hair Salon is at it Again! - Tuesday, April 14, 2015
Your favorite hair salon is hard at work, again, making hair beautiful!

This is Cassia. Her hair is a gorgeous color naturally, but it was in serious need of a good trim and shaping. We took off the dry ends and added seamless long layers to create beautiful movement!
This is Tia. Tia was in need of a color correction. She came to us with previously highlighted hair that had not worked out so well, so she had put a box color over the top of it. Her hair was dry and damaged and in need of some TLC. We deepened her base color to a beautiful red mahogany color and added some caramel highlights. We followed that up with a deep conditioning treatment, and a trim to remove some of her damaged ends. The end result? Well, high shine, healthy looking hair that will turn heads!

Our leader has returned. Yes Shawn is back from her
fifth Mom’s Weekend at Washington State. Her Facebook profile shows something
like 15 new pictures of Shawn and her middle child and second to attend WSU,
Skyler.
Lindi is also back in town from a weekend in Belleview Washington. She spent a few days at the annual
Hairdressers show held in Belleview. Now back with a million ideas and the
knowledge of the latest styles and trends, she is downloading all she learned into
the Ritual Stylist neural interface …I.E. she’s telling us all about it.
So now
all is in order and as it was; I can confirm it is all quiet on the western
front.

We would like to wish a Happy Happy Happy Anniversary to our dearest Melanie!
Some of you may not know this, but this is Melanie's second stint here at Ritual. She was here for two years straight out of cosmetology school and then she spread her wings and left us for a few years, only to return home to us. We could not be more pleased to have this talented, generous, kind-hearted woman who lives and works with integrity as part of our family. We are proud to call you a co-worker, and even more proud to call you a friend. We love you!

Meet Darci,
She is our amazing robo-receptionist, virtual assistant, and wonder woman who handles more details than a wedding planner. We've been letting Darci start slowly, so that we can learn exactly how to ask her to do the tasks we want her to do without confusing her (code: Us!) and so far, we are liking what she can do!
 Immediately upon scheduling an appointment with us, Darci will email you a confirmation of the appointment scheduled (as long as we have your email address) and then she will email you again, 24 hours before you are due at your appointment, making it nearly impossible to forget an appointment. In your confirmation email, there will be a link you can click, to let us know that you will, in fact, be showing up to your appointment. If we do not see that you've confirmed your appointment via email, we will be calling you to check that you will be there.
Please check that these emails are not ending up in your spam folder, and if they are, make sure to select that they are 'not spam' so that you don't miss one.
Very shortly, it will be possible for you to book your appointments yourself, directly from our website. When this feature becomes available, please know that we may have other time/date options available that do not show up on the self-scheduler.
Throughout all of these technological changes, we are always more than happy to talk to you in person or over the phone. Our goal is not to make things more impersonal, but to make it easier than ever for you to get in our doors!

Lots of new changes are on the horizon at Ritual, from an updated website to online booking to a new sofa ... stay tuned as we keep you posted of the changes as they come...
First up, when you schedule an appointment at Ritual, you should be receiving a confirmation email the same day, confirming the time, from our new autobot receptionist, Darci. If you happen to receive two emails, it is most likely because you have scheduled a color AND a cut service (or any two other services) and Darci is still a bit confused on how to just send one email per visit (code: we are just a bit confused on how to tell Darci to just send out one). We'll work out the bugs on this end and Darci will get it right soon! You can reply to the emails Darci sends you and our flesh & blood receptionist will get back to you quickly to help answer your questions.
Thanks for hanging with us through the software updates and add-ons. It is our desire to make your visit here simple and seamless, and a whole heck of a lot of fun!
