"Love".

It's often an over-used word that we throw around as easily as we walk past the pennies that we pass on the street. I love this song. I love those shoes. I love chocolate... okay, well maybe some loves go deep :)

One thing is certain, you can not truly love anyone or anything unless you truly love yourself. Taking the time to love YOU will make all of your relationships better. Remember hearing the addage: You can't take care of others if you don't take care of yourself? Even the airlines know this. They encourage you to put on your oxygen mask first, before worrying about the masks of those around you.
