October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month and it is time for our fourth annual Creating Confidence beauty supplies and beauty tools drive. All donated items will be distributed to women and children that have left all of their personal belongings behind as they have fled domestic violence. The Domestic Violence Resource Center and Monika's House helps hundreds of women each year, get back on their feet in a new, safe environment. Monika's House continues to be the only women's shelter in Washington County. So... open up those bathroom cabinets people, and sort through your goods. We'll accept any items that are new or very gently used. Please make sure that heat tools such as dryers and irons are in good working order. We know you'd donate just because you are just that awesome, but we'd like to thank you for your donation by giving you a 10% discount on your next retail purchase.
